Stonewater Manor B&B - Gananoque

Stonewater Manor B&B offered a comfortable stay, with a wonderfully decorated room and superb cleanliness. Breakfast was good, and was conveniently served outside the room. The cozy bed ensured a restful night, and the hospitality from the staff was commendable. Its proximity to downtown attractions and the picturesque cruise line made it an ideal choice for exploration.

It would have been helpful to have a coffee station on the lower level, as carrying hot coffee down the steps was a bit tricky.

I enjoyed my stay, especially because the picturesque Joel Stone Heritage Park is just a short stroll away and I could easily visit the Gananoque Clock Tower.

Really good location with a fine view of the St Lawrence River. The Loft suite delivered comfort, with a king size bed and a cozy nook for relaxation. Breakfast was very good with a good array, including fresh pastries and made-to-order options. Jeff, the host, radiated warmth and hospitality. Navigating the steep stairs with breakfast trays was somewhat challenging. The shower placement in the kitchen area felt awkward, and a proper door on the washroom would enhance privacy. Despite some minor inconveniences, the overall ambiance and service were good.

The breakfast delivered outside our room was superb-fresh croissants and quiche 🌟 The view from our suite was lovely, but the air conditioning was a bit noisy.

The Loft was very comfortable with a wonderful view.

The layout of the Loft wasn't the most comfortable for me. I found the shower awkwardly placed in the kitchen area and missed having a proper door on the washroom. The steep stairs made navigating with our breakfast trays quite challenging, especially with hot coffee.

The Beautiful Double Room with Sea View was super cozy and had a lovely view of the river. The bed was really comfortable, and the sitting area was perfect. The huge tub was a nice touch too! I loved that the breakfast was made-to-order-really delicious options. Just a heads up, the stairs to the room were pretty steep, a bit tricky with breakfast trays, but the overall vibe and views were totally worth it.

It was a balanced option for a quick trip in Gananoque and great for the money. The view from my room overlooking the harbor was lovely and made the stay worthwhile. Parking can be a hassle, so look for spots a little farther away if needed.

The owners were friendly and helped out with anything we needed, like parking. The breakfast there was one of the best continental meals I've ever had! Everything tasted fresh and made with care.
